A reasonable pricing model to me would be essentially Evernote Premium pricing plus $10 per year for each business user for the additional functionality. If you’re an avid Evernote user, take note (no pun intended … or maybe just a little): Evernote has announced changes to its pricing plan which could affect the service that you’ve come to know and love. In a blog post for the company, Chris O’Neill outlined the new plans, saying to the Evernote community that “Two things that won’t ever change are our commitment to making you as productive as you can be and running our business in as transparent a way as possible.”
Beginning June 28, 2016, prices for the Plus and Premium tiers changed, and some limits were placed on the number of devices a user can sync with a free plan.
Evernote’s Basic plan now limits users to access on two devices which they can combine in any way they like. Some might choose to use it on a computer at work and a computer at home, or a computer at work and a tablet or phone at home. However you serve it up, gone are the days when you could access your notes from numerous locations for free. Users with the basic plan will still be able to access Evernote from the web, as well. And as Evernote taketh away, it also giveth: Mobile app users will now be able to use passcode lock, a feature that was previously reserved only for paid users. It retains its 60 MB of new uploads per month storage.
When Evernote Plus and Evernote Premium were announced on April 29, 2015, the pricing was set as follows:

- Evernote Plus: $2.99/mo or $24.99 for the year
- Evernote Premium: $5.99/mo or $49.99 for the year
Effective June 28, 2016, those prices will now be:
- Evernote Plus: $3.99/mo and $34.99/year
- Evernote Premium: $7.99/mo and $69.99/year
With both Plus and Premium, you’re saving 27% when you pay by the year versus month-by-month.
